ITHCS is a graduate-only department in the College of Education,
Health, and Human Sciences that provides instructional programs
in five distinct program areas: Instructional
Technology (M.S., Ed.S., and Ph.D.); Public
Health (MPH);
Safety (M.S.);
and Cultural
Studies in Education
(M.S. and Ph.D.). In addition, the department also teaches service
courses (IT 486 and CSE 400) in the teacher education (pre-licensure)
programs at UT.
